At Hooria By Dar, our customers come first! Our Customer Services team is available to assist you. If you would like to exchange or refund a purchased item, please contact an agent, and they will guide you through the process outlined below.

Domestic Orders

  • Validity

All products purchased from hooriabydar.co can be exchanged or refunded only if they are received in a damaged condition, incorrect size, or wrong article within 10 days of the delivery date—no questions asked!

  • Conditions for Exchange or Refund

Items are eligible for exchange or refund only if they are unused, unwashed, all tags are intact, and the packaging is in its original condition. Any excess fabric or embellishments used during photoshoots will not be included with the product unless specified on the website. Claims for exchange or refund under these conditions will not be accepted.

  • Process for Online Exchange or Refund

To initiate an exchange or refund, please notify us within 10 days of the delivery date and provide tracking details along with your order number. You can reach our Customer Services team by calling our helpline at (+92) 321-7777-678 or via WhatsApp at (+92) 321-7777-678.

You may choose any of the following approved courier services to return your item. Please share your tracking number within 2 working days of dispatching the item to our premises.

  • Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued in cash but in the form of a “coupon.” If your items meet the required criteria, our Customer Services agent will issue you a coupon that can be redeemed for one-time use only. This coupon may be used in cases where the original purchase value differs from the exchanged amount.

  • Credit Card Transaction Refund Policy:
    If you paid for your order with a credit card and it qualifies for a refund, the amount will be returned to the credit card used for the original transaction.
  • Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their orders at any time before they are processed. Hooria By Dar reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as item unavailability, defects identified during quality control, or declined credit/debit card payments.

 

International Orders

 

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact our Customer Services team by calling our helpline at (+92) 321-7777-678, via WhatsApp at (+92) 321-7777-678, or by emailing us at info@hooriabydar.co. Please provide the following information for further evaluation:

  • Images of the delivered article showing the visible issue

Hooria By Dar reserves the right to refuse compensation or refunds for damaged items if this information is not provided.

If an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be edited or canceled. If a customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery, Hooria By Dar is not liable for any refunds or compensation for the order amount. If the parcel is held by the Customs department of the destination country, the customer is responsible for providing all necessary documentation to the authorities. Hooria By Dar is not liable for refunds in cases of non-clearance of the parcel.

  • Refunds

If an order is canceled before dispatch, it may qualify for a refund to the credit card used for the order.
